Published on

Easter is hitting the Squamish Valley and surrounding this Sunday, March 31 with a number of fun things for the kids to do! Starting at 10am and 2pm the local, love-able dinosaur, Britannia-saurus Rex will be back hiding dino eggs throughout the Britannia Mine Museum site for kids to find. The cool thing about “dino Easter eggs” is that instead of chocolate, these eggs contain gem stones! While Britanniasaurus Rex will hide lots of eggs, but they are always found quickly, so be sure to get there early. Between the dino egg hunts at Britannia, there is also the Easter Egg Hunt Brennan Park put on by the Squamish Firefighters Association. Firefighters will be helping the Easter Bunny welcome all children to the Easter Egg Hunt which will take place behind the Brennan Park pool in the trees between 11 am to 12 noon. After the egg hunt, the Easter Bunny and all of his buddies can head to a special skate session between 12-2pm.skate.
