Olympics are over, Paralympics have opened, spring break is coming, What to do?

Published on

The Olympics are over, the Paralympics have just opened, the snow has finally hit the slopes, and Spring break is about to descend upon unwitting parents in the Sea to Sky Valley. So, what do we recommend? Spring Break Camp at the Callaghan of course! The Whistler Olympic Park is putting on a Nordic Sport Spring Camp for all of our would-be Winter Olympians.  Along with fun and games, kids ages 8-12 will be given a chance to try out classic skiing, snowshoeing, biathlon, ski jumping, skate skiing and tobaganning. Tobaganning’s not an Olympic sport you say? Well, neither is weenie roasting, but it is the perfect way to end a week of outdoor play, learning and fun. Callahan
